About some questions of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan

in Regulations on the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:

to add the list of the organizations which are under authority of the Ministry with Item 35 of the following content:

"35. The republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of electronic health care".";

2) ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 09.10.2025 No. 846.

3. To the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to take the necessary measures following from this resolution.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
