About entering of amendment into the Law "About Traffic Safety"

Article 1. No. ZR-166 "About traffic safety" to add part 1 of article 9 of the Law of July 8, 2005 with the Item "lz" of the following content:
"лз) performs delegation to the operators performing functions of offices of servicing of public authorities, functions of provision of the new certificate instead of the certificate on state registration of the property right to the vehicle, new registration plates containing the same set of letters and figures as the accounting registration plates which became unreadable, the international certificate about vehicle registration and also provisions of the new certificate instead of the lost registration certificate or exchange of the worn-out registration certificate, approves the list of operators, establishes approximate form of the service provision agreement signed with the operator and the minimum technical requirements imposed to the operator.".
1. This law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
2. The subordinate regulatory legal acts following from this Law are accepted in three-months time after the introduction of this law in force.
