About modification and amendments in the Law "About Protection and Use of Immovable Historical and Cultural Monuments and the Historical Circle"

Article 1. State article 7 of the Law of November 11, 1998, No. ZR-261 "About protection and use of immovable historical and cultural monuments and the historical circle" (further - the Law) in the following edition:

"Article 7. Prohibition on political, ideological, religious, racial and national discrimination, and also use in the military purposes in the field of protection and use of monuments

1. In the field of protection and use of monuments political, ideological, religious, racial and national discrimination is forbidden.

2. Use and change of monuments, their territory and the conservation zone is forbidden during armed conflict or military operations for the purpose of which can lead to destruction or damage of monument.".

Article 2. To add the Item "g" of part 1 of article 8 of the law after the words "recoveries" with words ", transfer, change".

Article 3. Regarding 1 article 9 of the Law:

1) the Item after the word "recovery" to add with words ", movement, change";

2) fill the Item "z3" of the following content:

"z 3) approves estimated prices for creation of the scientific project documentation on studying, strengthening, repair, recovery, movement, change and improvement of the immovable historical and cultural monuments financed from the government budget of the Republic of Armenia and on implementation of archeological excavations;";

The Item "kV" after the word "recovery" to add 3) with the words "movement, change".

Article 4. State part 2 of article 21 of the law in the following edition:
