The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. According to part eight of Article 23 of the Budget code of Ukraine to perform within the total amount of the budget settings provided to the Ministry of social policy for 2024 in the general fund of the government budget, expense reallocation according to the program 2511180 "Subvention from the government budget to local budgets on project, construction repair work, acquisition of housing and rooms for development of the family and other forms of education which are brought closer to family, support of small group houses and provision of housing for orphan children, the children deprived of parent guardianship, persons from their number" by reduction of amount of expenses of consumption by the amount 22666, of 8 thousand hryvnias and increase at the specified development expense amount.
2. Provide to the Ministry of Finance entering of corresponding changes into list of the government budget.
3. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 26, 2002 No. 564 "About approval of the Regulations on orphanage of family type" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 18, Art. 925; 2020, No. 50, the Art. 1568) and of May 26, 2021 No. 615 "Some questions of providing orphan children, the children deprived of parent guardianship, persons from their number by housing and supports of small group houses" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 50, the Art. 3073, No. 69, Art. 4386; 2024, No. 76, the Art. 4484) the enclosed changes.
