1. Approve the enclosed limiting rates for property employment (lease) of places for communication investment of funds, and also support of aerial lines of electricity transmission for carrying out fiber-optic communication links.

2. To provide to committee of telecommunications of the Ministry of digital development, innovations and aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) within five working days from the date of adoption of this order the direction it the copy in electronic form in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Ministries of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on the Internet resource of the Ministry of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

1. In case of limiting approval of rates for property employment (lease) of places the following calculations are applied to communication investment of funds, and also support of aerial lines of electricity transmission for carrying out fiber-optic communication links.

For limiting calculation of rates for property employment (lease) of places for investment of funds of communication on real estate:

1) for placement of base stations of cellular operators:

in the cities of republican value - no more than 15 monthly settlement indicators a month for one cellular operator;

in the cities of regional value - no more than 10 monthly settlement indicators a month for one cellular operator;

in the district centers and rural settlements - no more than 5 monthly settlement indicators a month for one cellular operator;

2) for placement of the active equipment (access switches):

in the cities of republican and regional value - no more than 1 monthly settlement indicators for 1 square meter a month for one telecom operator;

in the district centers and rural settlements - no more 0,5 of monthly settlement indicator for 1 square meter a month for one telecom operator;

3) for the telecom operators using technology of carrying out fiber optical line of communication to the subscriber - on a grant basis.

4) for limiting calculation of rates for support of aerial lines of electricity transmission for carrying out fiber-optic communication links (further - support):

in the cities of republican and regional value of no more 0,05 of monthly settlement indicator for one support a month;

in the district centers and rural settlements - no more 0,02 of monthly settlement indicator for one support a month;

outside settlements - no more 0,02 of monthly settlement indicator for one support a month.

2. Requests for limiting review of rates are performed according to the procedure, provided by the limiting Regulations of rates for property employment (lease) of places for communication investment of funds, and also support of aerial lines of electricity transmission for carrying out fiber-optic communication links approved by the order of the minister of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 30, 2024 No. 608/Tax Code (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts за№35154).
