1. Approve:

1) Regulations on features of procedure for provision by the serviceman, to law enforcement officers and members of their families of office premises and uses of them according to appendix 1;

2) Standard regulations on the housing (household) commissions according to appendix 2.

2. Recognize invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on features of procedure for provision by the serviceman, to law enforcement officers and members of their families of the state premises and uses of them" of May 22, 2018 No. 247;

2) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on features of procedure for provision by the serviceman, to the staff of law-enforcement bodies, homeland security, emergency situations, criminal executive system and to members of their families of the state premises and uses of them" of May 22, 2018 No. 247" of October 17, 2019 No. 553;

3) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on features of procedure for provision by the serviceman, to the staff of law-enforcement bodies, homeland security, emergency situations, criminal executive system and to members of their families of the state premises and uses of them" of May 22, 2018 No. 247" of November 22, 2019 No. 624;

4) the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on features of procedure for provision by the serviceman, to the staff of law-enforcement bodies, homeland security, emergency situations, criminal executive system, authorized body in the sphere of fight against economic crimes and to members of their families of the state premises and uses of them" of May 22, 2018 No. 247" of March 4, 2022 No. 105.

3. Determine that the realization of this resolution is enabled within the approved means provided in the republican budget for state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic in which the military service, and law enforcement agencies, for the corresponding year and the next years is provided.

4. To heads of state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic in whom the military service is provided, and law enforcement agencies to bring the interdepartmental acts into accord with this resolution, and also to take other measures following from this resolution.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

6. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.

Regulations on features of procedure for provision by the serviceman, to law enforcement officers and members of their families of office premises and uses of them

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. This Regulations on features of procedure for provision by the serviceman, to law enforcement officers (further - employees) and to members of their families of office premises and uses of them (further - the Provision), determine the unified legal basis by realization of state policy in the sphere of use of office housing of the military personnel/employees, and also questions of realization of the right to privatization of the occupied housing and eviction from office housing.

2. The main terms used in the Provision:

1) other important circumstances are the circumstances caused by transfer to the reserve on service life period of service, granting pension entitlement and also election or position assignment of the judge or in representative or state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic;

2) departmental housing stock - set of the premises of the state housing stock which are under authority of state body including:

- constructed at the expense of the budgetary funds and other sources which are not forbidden by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, or transferred to the jurisdiction of the relevant state body according to the regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic governing the housing relations;

- acquired at physical persons and legal entities according to the regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic governing the housing relations;

4) the housing (household) commission - the permanent advisory body created for the purpose of objective, impartial and comprehensive consideration of questions of accounting of the military personnel/employees, members of their families and persons, dismissed from service for providing with premises, their removal from accounting, creation of priority and distribution of premises, and also questions of use of departmental housing stock of state body, its military units and organizations;

5) housing stock of military unit (organization) - component of the departmental housing stock located in the territory of military unit (organization) of state body and intended for accommodation of the military personnel/employees, workers and employees of this military unit (organization);
