About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of land relations

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Master plan of the city of Bishkek for the period till 2025" of November 21, 2006 No. 805 the following change:

"2-1. Items 1, 2 presents of the resolution do not extend to subjects of land amnesty.".
2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for carrying out land amnesty" of May 31, 2022 No. 291 the following changes:
in Regulations on the procedure for carrying out land amnesty approved by the above-stated resolution:
- state Item 10-1 in the following edition:
"10-1. In case of the death of the applicant or his / her getting out of nationality of the Kyrgyz Republic after filing of application by the commission replacement of person applying for fixing of the rights to the parcel of land within land amnesty is made.
When replacing person in the commission the application of one of family members with request is submitted to reserve for it the rights to the parcel of land with appendix:
