About Regulations on procedure for rendering the government and local assistance
According to article 19 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About protection of the competition" and article 57 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About regulatory legal acts" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:
1) to Approve Regulations on procedure for rendering the government and local assistance it (is applied).
2) to provide to the Ministries and departments, local executive bodies of the government, self-government institutions of settlements and dekhot observance of requirements of this provision.
To Recognize 3) invalid the following orders of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan:
- of December 30, 2015 No. 813 "About Regulations on procedure for rendering the government and local assistance";
- of September 15, 2014 No. 605 "About the List of information attached to the petition in the state antimonopoly authority for receipt of permission to provision of the government and local assistance".
