2. Determine "Certification Centers, State Services and Development of Digital Programs" Open joint stock company of the Agency of innovations and digital technologies in case of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan the operator of digitalization of process on customs posts (further - the Operator).
3. To the operator:
- attract investments, including by means of long-term loans or the mechanism of finance lease (leasing) for development, installations, implementations and the controls of the modern mechanism with possibility of intellectual record conforming to requirements of high-quality digital scales and x-ray pictures (taking into account use of artificial intelligence) on customs posts;
- carry out studies on use of the modern mechanism with possibility of intellectual record, digital scales and x-ray pictures (taking into account use of artificial intelligence) on customs posts.
