to state preamble of the order in the following edition:
"According to Item 6 of article 402 of the Ecological code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About ratification of the Stockholm convention on resistant organic pollutants", the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About accession of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Basel Convention on the Control of Trans-boundary Movement of Hazardous Wastes and their removal" and with the subitem 2) of Item 3 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state statistics", I ORDER:";
in Rules of the address with resistant organic pollutants and containing them waste approved by the specified order:
be reworded as follows appendix 1 according to appendix 1 to this order;
be reworded as follows appendix 9 according to appendix 2 to this order;
be reworded as follows appendix 10 according to appendix 3 to this order.
2. To provide to department of waste management of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
