About approval of form of the passport of oil and gas well
According to Item 17 of the Procedure for maintaining the State register of oil and gas wells approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 21, 2023 No. 750, of the subitem 122 of item 4 and Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of environment protection and natural resources of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 25, 2020 No. 614, I ORDER:
1. Approve form of the passport of the enclosed oil and gas well.
2. Declare invalid the order of the State committee of natural resources of Ukraine of April 20, 2005 No. 76 "About approval of the Procedure for accounting of oil and gas wells", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 06, 2005 at No. 995/11275.
3. To ensuring functioning of the State register of oil and gas wells which procedure for maintaining is approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 21, 2023 No. 750, the passport copy of oil and gas well Gosgeonedr specified on its official website goes to the address, and after realization of functionality in electronic office of the subsoil user (https://nadra.geo.ua) moves electronically through the specified electronic office according to the procedure, the determined Regulations on electronic office of the subsoil user approved by the order of the Ministry of environment protection and natural resources of Ukraine of March 28, 2023 No. 177, No. 709/39765 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 01, 2023.
4. (Vladimir VOLOSHANYUK) to provide to department of the European integration, international cooperation and circular economy submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
6. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister concerning the European integration Evgeny FEDORENKO.
