add Item 9 with the subitem 10) of the following content:
"10) wholesale of medicines is enabled with observance of the requirements of proper distributor practice (GDP) approved by the order of the acting minister of health care of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 4, 2021 No. KR DSM-15 "About approval proper pharmaceutical the practician" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 22167).";
