About approval of the regulatory legal acts regulating activities of the educational organizations of higher education
For the purpose of reduction of subordinate regulatory legal acts in compliance with item 4 of article 3 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About education", according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve:
1) Regulations on the organization of educational process in the educational organizations of higher education using the academic credits according to appendix 1;
2) Regulations on procedure for transfer, assignment, recovery and provision of the academic leaves by the student of the educational organizations of higher education of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 2;
3) Regulations on carrying out the current control and intermediate certification of the studying educational organizations of higher education of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 3.
2. Recognize invalid paragraphs the sixth and eleventh Item 1 of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the regulatory legal acts regulating activities of the educational organizations of the higher and secondary professional education of the Kyrgyz Republic" of May 29, 2012 No. 346.
3. Determine that regulations of this resolution extend for the organization of educational process in the educational organizations of higher education:
- on first-year students 2025-2026 academic years;
- on the students accepted on training in the next academic years.
