1. Enter import ban of apples till December 31, 2024 (code of the commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union: The 0808th 10) on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan road transport from the third countries, except for import of apples from state members of the Eurasian Economic Union, and also the international transit of apples through the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. And conversions of agricultural products of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to provide to department of the agrofood markets:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Agriculture.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its first official publication and is effective till December 31, 2024.
