According to Item 3 of Article 6-2, Item 3 of Article 6-3, Items 13, 18 and 23 articles 6-4 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About power industry", Item 3 of Article 12, Item 3 of Article 13, Items 13, 18 and 23 articles 14 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About heat-and-power engineeering" PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve forms:

1) the conclusions about results of remote control according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) the list of checks according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) the annual list of checks according to appendix 3 to this order;

4) the act of purpose of check according to appendix 4 to this order;

5) the order on conducting check after hours according to appendix 5 to this order;

6) the act of prolongation of check according to appendix 6 to this order;

7) the act of suspension of check according to appendix 7 to this order;

8) the act of renewal of check according to appendix 8 to this order;

9) the act of results of check according to appendix 9 to this order;

10) instructions about elimination of the revealed violations according to appendix 10 to this order;

11) the actions plan on elimination of the revealed violations according to appendix 11 to this order.

2. To provide to committee of atomic and energy supervision and control of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
