About the amount of ensuring fulfillment of duties of the operator of electronic trading

According to the subitem 2 of Item 1 and item 4 of Article 429-2 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union and Item 172 of appendix No. 1 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 No. 98, Council of the Eurasian economic commission DECIDED:

1. Determine that the ensuring fulfillment of duties of the legal entity which is condition of inclusion of the legal entity applying for implementation of activities in the field of customs affairs as the operator of electronic trading in the register of operators of electronic trading is provided in the amount of, equivalent at least 500 thousand euros.

2. This Decision becomes effective after 10 calendar days from the date of its official publication, but not earlier than the date of entry into force of the Protocol on introduction of amendments to the Agreement on the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union of the April 11, 2017 signed on December 25, 2023.
