The customs authority sends to the operator of platform of digital ruble (further - the operator of platform) with use of private office, the stipulated in Article 284 Federal Laws of August 3, 2018 No. 289-FZ "About customs regulation in the Russian Federation and about modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation" (further respectively - private office, the Federal Law No. 289-FZ) in the form of the electronic documents signed by the strengthened qualified digital signature provided by part 4 of article 5 of the Federal Law of April 6, 2011 No. 63-FZ "About the digital signature" (further respectively - the Federal Law No. 63-FZ, UKEP), the following documents of customs authority:

the order of customs authority on write-off of digital rubles;

the decision on withdrawal of the order of customs authority on write-off of digital rubles;

the decision of customs authority on suspension of account transactions of digital ruble of the payer (person performing solidary duty) (further - the decision on suspension);

the decision of customs authority on cancellation of suspension of account transactions of digital ruble of the payer (person performing solidary duty) (further - the decision on suspension cancellation).

2. The operator of platform with use of private office sends to customs authority the message containing data on remaining balance of the digital rubles considered on the account of digital ruble of the payer (person performing solidary duty) (further - the message of the operator of platform), in the form of the electronic document signed by UKEP provided by part 4 of article 5 of the Federal Law No. 63-FZ.

Documents of customs authority, stipulated in Item 1 this Instruction (further - documents of customs authority), and the message of the operator of platform shall go according to the formats and structures established by the federal executive body performing functions on control and supervision in the field of customs affairs in coordination with the Central bank of the Russian Federation according to part 21.1 of Article 75 and parts 10.1, 13.1 of article 77 of the Federal Law No. 289-FZ (further - the formats and structures established by the Federal Law No. 289-FZ).

4. At the same time the decision on suspension, the decision on cancellation of suspension are considered received in the date specified in the notification on positive result of verification of the decision on suspension sent by the operator of platform to customs authority, decisions on suspension cancellation.

In case of negative result of verification of documents of customs authority such documents are considered as uncollected.

7. The operator of platform with use of private office provides documents of customs authority, and also directs messages of the operator of platform and the notification on positive or negative result of verification of documents of customs authority on the working days from 9 to 18 o'clock 00 minutes (on Friday till 16 hours 45 minutes) Moscow time.

The period of time specified in this Item is reduced in proportion to the reducing duration of the working day established by the labor law of the Russian Federation.

8.
