Bring in the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 30, 2021 No. 1253 "About approval of Rules of implementation of purchases by certain subjects of the quasi-public sector, except for National welfare fund and the organizations of National welfare fund" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 25488) the following changes:
in Rules of implementation of purchases by certain subjects of the quasi-public sector, except for National welfare fund and the organizations of National welfare fund approved by the specified order:
38) of Item 287 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"38) acquisitions or constructions of the data-processing centers having strategic importance for ensuring information security of the state, acquisition or lease of objects of information and communication infrastructure for data-processing centers at the request of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan;";
state Item 294 in the following edition:
"294. The requirement of Items 288 and 293 of these rules does not extend to the purchases by method from one source by the direct conclusion of the agreement containing data according to item 4 of Article 45 of the Administrative procedural Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the procurements conducted based on subitems 3), 4), 16), 19), 36), 37) and 38) Item 287 of these rules and also in case of the conclusion of the contract with the nonresident.".
2. To provide to department of the legislation of public procurements and purchases of the quasi-public sector of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
