The Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 3, 2009 No. 166/314 "About approval of Rules of financing of political parties" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 5825) the following change:
in Rules of financing of the political parties approved by the specified resolution:
state Item 12 in the following edition:
"12. Control of expenditure of budgetary funds is exercised according to the procedure, the established legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the state audit and financial control.".
2. Declare invalid the resolution of Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 26, 2022 No. 40/501 "About approval of Rules of the certificate of powers of representatives of public associations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, observers from foreign states and the international organizations at holding republican referendum" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 28238).
3. To provide to legal department of the office of Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. Place this resolution on Internet resource of Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.
