About guarantees of the Government of the Republic of Belarus
Based on parts two and third Item 5-3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 18, 2007 "About some measures for development of the woodworking industry" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 529
1. Provide in 2024 to open joint stock company "Belarusbank savings bank of guarantee of the Government of the Republic of Belarus:
in repayment of remaining balance of credit debt, No. issued to Ivatsevichdrev open joint stock company according to Item 5 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 18, 2007 529, on which the monetary commitments expressed in euro are changed to the monetary commitments expressed in Belarusian rubles according to part one of Item 5-3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 18, 2007 to No. 529, according to appendix (further – the credits);
in interest payment for use of the credits, except for parts of the percent paid for the account of means of the republican budget in the amount of the refunding rate of National Bank (taking into account its change) increased by 1 percent point.
The payment for provision of guarantees for the Government of the Republic of Belarus, specified in part one of this Item, is not levied.
2. To the Ministry of Finance to draw up in accordance with the established procedure the guarantees of the Government of the Republic of Belarus specified in part one of Item 1 of this resolution, having withdrawn the guarantees of the Government of the Republic of Belarus in repayment of the credits provided according to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 18, 2016 to No. 223 "About provision of guarantees for the Government of the Republic of Belarus in repayment of the credits issued to the woodworking organizations and introduction of amendments to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 27, 2016 No. 63".
