1) in Item 2 of Article 1:
a) in the paragraph the second words "representative (legislative) and executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation," shall be replaced with words "public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation, bodies of the public power of the federal territories,";
b) word in paragraph three "representative (legislative) and executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation," shall be replaced with words "public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation, bodies of the public power of the federal territories,";
2) in Article 4:
a) in Item 2:
paragraph two after words "public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation," to add with words "bodies of the public power of the federal territories,";
