About the address of digital signs (tokens)

For the purpose of enhancement of procedure for transactions (transactions) with digital signs (tokens) (further - tokens):

1. Determine that concerning transactions (transactions) with tokens provided by parts one and third subitem 2.2 of Item 2 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of December 21, 2017 No. 8 "About development of digital economy":

1.1. physical persons, including individual entrepreneurs are residents of the Park of high technologies:

for the purpose of initiation of transactions (transactions) on acquisition of tokens transfer, list (convert) Belarusian rubles, foreign currency, electronic money only to the operators of cryptoplatforms, operators of exchange of cryptocurrencies, other residents of the Park of high technologies performing the corresponding type of activity (further - operators);

receive Belarusian rubles, foreign currency, electronic money from transactions (transactions) on alienation of tokens only from operators;

1.2. transfer (transfer) to physical persons, including individual entrepreneurs - residents of the Park of high technologies, Belarusian rubles, foreign currency, the electronic money received from making by them of transactions (transactions) on alienation of tokens is allowed only by operators.

2. Transactions (transactions) with tokens with violation of the requirements established in Item 1 of this Decree are illegal and are forbidden.

3. Together with interested till June 1, 2025 to provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus introduction in accordance with the established procedure of offers on establishment of the administrative responsibility for violation of requirements of this Decree.

4. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication.
