Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 29, 2023 No. 2015 "About approval of Rules of decision making about provision to the receiver of means of the federal budget of the right to assume at the expense of means of the federal budget payment commitments for the term exceeding effective period of the approved limits of budget obligations" (The Russian Federation Code, 2023, No. 49, of Art. 8767; 2024, No. 23, Art. 3180).
