1. Found public organization "National Bureau on Development of Infrastructure " Moldova — Proiect"".
2. To the ministry of infrastructure and regional development to perform, on behalf of the state, function of the founder of public organization "National Bureau on Development of Infrastructure " Moldova — Proiect "".
3. Reorganize public organization "National Bureau on Development of Infrastructure " Moldova — Proiect"" (the accepting legal entity) by merging (accession) with public organization "Division on Implementation of the Second Construction Project of Housing for Socially Unprotected Segments of the Population" (the attached legal entity).
The rights and obligations of the attached legal entity completely pass to the accepting legal entity.
4. Release of personnel in connection with reorganization of public organization "Division on Implementation of the Second Construction Project of Housing for Socially Unprotected Segments of the Population" in case of impossibility of its transfer to perform according to the labor law. To perform covering of the expenses connected with release of personnel of public organization "Division on Implementation of the Second Construction Project of Housing for Socially Unprotected Segments of the Population" by financial means of the attached organization.
