About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 25, 2011 No. 1426

Based on paragraphs of the sixth and seventh of Article 12, No. 205-Z "About flora" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: parts three of Article 37-3 and part three of article 38 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 14, 2003

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 25, 2011 No. 1426 "About some questions of the address with flora objects" the following changes:

1.1. from paragraph two of part one of Item 3 of the Regulations on procedure for issue of permissions to removal of objects of flora and permissions to change of objects of the flora approved by this resolution, the word "city" to exclude;

1.2. in Regulations on the procedure for determination of conditions of implementation of compensation actions approved by this resolution:

from Item 7 part seven the word "city" to exclude;

to add part one of Item 10 with the paragraph of the following content:

"the coefficient equal to 0,1, applied in cases of removal of the objects of flora growing on lands of agricultural purpose under wood and shrubby vegetation (plantings) when carrying out kulturtekhnichesky works.";

in Item 11:

to state paragraphs of the first and second in the following edition:

"11. The amount of compensation payments is calculated by the following formula:

where V - the amount of compensation payments (in Belarusian rubles);";

after the paragraph of the tenth to add Item with the paragraph of the following content:

"K5 - the coefficient equal to 0,1, applied in cases of removal of the objects of flora growing on lands of agricultural purpose under wood and shrubby vegetation (plantings) when carrying out kulturtekhnichesky works;".
