Some questions of activities of local executive bodies concerning the European integration, international cooperation and coordination of the international technical assistance
Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Enter position of the vice-chairman of the regional, Kiev, Sevastopol city public administration within whose competence questions of the European integration, international cooperation and coordination of the international technical assistance are in the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations.
2. Determine that:
introduction of positions of the vice-chairman of the regional, Kiev, Sevastopol city public administration within which competence questions of the European integration, international cooperation and coordination of the international technical assistance are is performed within the established extreme number of workers, the salary fund and maintenance costs of relevant organ;
deputy chairmen of the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations within which competence questions of the European integration, international cooperation and coordination of the international technical assistance are perform the corresponding interaction with the Vice-Prime Minister concerning the European and Euro-Atlantic integration of Ukraine and the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
3. Approve enclosed:
4. Bring the enclosed changes in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
5. To the ministry of development of communities, territories and infrastructures to prepare the draft of the act of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning criteria and procedure for carrying out monitoring and efficiency evaluation of activities of deputy chairmen of the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations within which competence questions of the European integration, international cooperation and coordination of the international technical assistance are in a month.
6. To the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations:
recommend to adhere to the standard qualification requirements and standard functional obligations approved by this resolution;
bring own regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
