About approval of the Procedure for annual approval of offers on separate financial performance, and also amounts of payments for benefit of the state, budget financing and quasifiscal transactions which will join in the letter of expectations of the owner, and also in financial plans, strategic plans of development and investment plans for the medium term of subjects of managing of public sector of economy

According to the subitem "r-1" Item 18 parts two of Article 5, of part two of article 11-6 of the Law of Ukraine "About management of objects of state-owned property", 75, parts three of article 89 of the Economic code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides Article parts two:

1. Approve the Procedure for annual approval of offers on separate financial performance, and also amounts of payments for benefit of the state, budget financing and quasifiscal transactions which will join in the letter of expectations of the owner, and also in financial plans, strategic plans of development and investment plans for the medium term of subjects of managing of public sector of economy which is applied.

2. Determine that determined by the Procedure approved by this resolution, terms of representation and approval of relevant proposals are not applied when forming annual financial and investment plans for 2025, strategic plans of development and investment plans for the medium term for which 2025 is first planned year.

3. To the ministries, other central executive bodies to bring own regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
