About approval of form of the semi-annual plan of carrying out recurring inspections, forms of acts of appointment, prolongation, suspension and renewal of checks, forms of the notification on prolongation of review period, forms of the conclusions about results of recurring, unscheduled inspection and remote control in the field of protection of subjects of entrepreneurship

According to article 85-2 of the Entrepreneurial code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and subitem 186-4) of Item 15 of the Regulations on the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 24, 2014 No. 1011, I ORDER:

1. Approve:

1) form of the semi-annual plan of carrying out recurring inspections in the field of protection of subjects of entrepreneurship according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) form of the act of purpose of check in the field of protection of subjects of entrepreneurship according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) form of the act of prolongation of check in the field of protection of subjects of entrepreneurship according to appendix 3 to this order;

4) form of the act of suspension of check in the field of protection of subjects of entrepreneurship according to appendix 4 to this order;

5) form of the act of renewal of check in the field of protection of subjects of entrepreneurship according to appendix 5 to this order;

6) form of the notification on prolongation of review period in the field of protection of subjects of entrepreneurship according to appendix 6 to this order;

7) form of the conclusion about results of remote control in the field of protection of subjects of entrepreneurship according to appendix 7 to this order;

8) form of the conclusion about results of recurring, unscheduled inspection in the field of protection of subjects of entrepreneurship according to appendix 8 to this order.

2. To provide to department of the state support and protection of entrepreneurship of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
