1. Approve since October 1, 2024 coefficient of indexation of the sizes of insurance parts of pensions in the amount of 1,18.

2. To social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic:

To index 1) since October 1, 2024 the sizes of insurance parts of the pensions granted till October 1, 2024 according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the national pension social insurance" on coefficient of indexation of the sizes of insurance parts of pensions in the amount of 1,18, but for 1000 (one thousand) som at least;

To index 2) since October 1, 2024 basic part of the pensions granted till October 1, 2024 according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the national pension social insurance" which general size taking into account allowances is lower than 6900 (six thousand nine hundred) som, taking into account bringing the general size of such pensions to 6900 (six thousand nine hundred) som taking into account the allowances, except as specified, provided by this Law;

3) to provide timely recalculation of basic part of pension and the sizes of insurance parts of pensions and their payment in new sizes.

3. Determine that the general size of the pensions granted according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the national pension social insurance" after October 1, 2024 cannot be less than 6900 (six thousand nine hundred) som taking into account allowances due to finishing basic part of pension, except as specified, provided by this Law.

4. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic to provide in the republican budget of means for Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic in necessary amount for implementation of the subitem 2 Items 2, of Item 3 of this resolution.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

6. This resolution is subject to official publication and becomes effective since October 1, 2024.
