About Committee of housing and communal services under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan

1. Form Committee of housing and communal services under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
2. Approve provision, structure of central office and the list of the organizations of system of Committee of housing and communal services under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan (appendices 1, 2 and 3).
3. Establish the extreme number of employees of central office of Committee of housing and communal services under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan in number of 39 units (without service personnel).
4. Permit Committee of housing and communal services to have under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan 4 vice-chairmen, including the one first deputy and to form the board consisting of 7 people.
5. Under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan to perform financing of Committee of housing and communal services at the expense of means of the republican budget and other sources in coordination with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan.
