For the purpose of ensuring economic safety and maintenance of financial stability, according to Articles 4, of 5, of 9, of 28, "About National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic decides 41 and 64 constitutional Laws of the Kyrgyz Republic:

2. To legal management:

- publish this resolution on the official website of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- after official publication to send this resolution to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for entering into the State register of regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The authorized companies determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic have the right to establish separate provisions by calculations concerning subjects of foreign economic activity.

The restrictions set in paragraph one of this Item do not extend to implementation of calculations in the cases determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure.

3. This resolution becomes effective after 3 (three) weeks from the date of official publication.

4. To management of methodology and licensing of payment systems within three working days from the date of publication of this resolution to bring it to the attention of persons under surveillance to National Bank of the organizations.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the board member of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic supervising management of methodology and licensing of payment systems.
