About ensuring economic safety and maintenance of financial stability

For the purpose of ensuring economic safety and maintenance of financial stability, according to Articles 4, of 5, of 9, of 28, "About National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic decides 41 and 64 constitutional Laws of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1. Set restriction by the person under surveillance to National Bank to the organizations to accept payment orders to execution and to otherwise perfrom contract settlements, concluded by other persons whose subject are goods, the works and services following from foreign states or in foreign states without real delivery to the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, except the authorized companies determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The authorized companies determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic have the right to establish separate provisions by calculations concerning subjects of foreign economic activity.

The restrictions set in paragraph one of this Item do not extend to implementation of calculations in the cases determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure.

2. To legal management:

- publish this resolution on the official website of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- after official publication to send this resolution to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for entering into the State register of regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. This resolution becomes effective after 3 (three) weeks from the date of official publication and is effective till September 1, 2026.
