Condition of issue of the provisional solution is the statement on the adoption of the provisional solution on application of method of determination of customs value of imported goods (further – the application) submitted by the applicant in form according to appendix 1 to these rules to territorial authority of state revenues (further – body), in electronic form, the applicant certified by the digital signature, by means of information system of body or on paper, with appendix of the scanned copies of documents.";

"5.
