Some questions of use of the means arriving into the special account for fund raising on support of Armed Forces

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Stop action of the paragraph of the third subitem 1 of Item 3 and the paragraph of third Item 8 of the Procedure for use of accounts for attraction of voluntary contributions (charitable gifts) in support of Ukraine of "UNITED24" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 19, 2022 No. 472 "Some questions of use of the means arriving into accounts for attraction of voluntary contributions (charitable gifts) in support of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 35, Art. 1915; 2023, No. 78, Art. 4422; 2024, No. 2, the Art. 49) (further - the Procedure).

2. Determine that:

1) funds from the special account for fund raising on support of Armed Forces which transfer to military units of Armed Forces, other military forming which divisions conduct military (fighting) operations on the line of fighting collision (further - military units), before entry into force of this resolution it was approved with the Ministry of Defence according to the paragraph third the subitem 1 of Item 3 of the Procedure and it is not performed, are listed to such military units and used by them only for satisfaction of first-priority requirements in:

arms, the military and special equipment, pilotless aviation complexes, unmanned aerial vehicles of civil appointment and double use, spare parts to them;

medicines, medical products, supportive applications to them, the medical equipment;

individual protection equipment.

The military units which received funds from the special account for fund raising on support of Armed Forces in connection therewith the subitem inform the main manager of budgetary funds in whose network they are included, on obtaining and use of such means;

2) the funds from the special account for fund raising on support of Armed Forces transferred to military units according to the paragraph third the subitem 1 of Item 3 of the Procedure before entry into force of this resolution can be used by the specified military units for satisfaction of first-priority requirements. Military units inform the main manager of budgetary funds in whose network they are included on use of such means.

3. To the Ministry of Defence from the date of entry into force of this resolution to submit to ten-day time to National Bank information on amounts of means which can be transferred to military units according to the subitem 1 of Item 2 of this resolution.
