1. Establish rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 14, 2021 No. 80, concerning machines of beet haulm cutting and machines of the beet-lifting, classified by code 8433 53 300 0 CN FEA EEU in the amount of 0 percent from customs value from July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2026 inclusive.

2. Bring in the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 14, 2021 No. 80, the following changes:

a) in line item with code 8433 53 300 0 of the CN FEA EEU the reference to the note to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union "68C)" to replace with the reference "98C)";

b) in notes to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union:

declare the note 68C invalid;

add with the note 98C of the following content:

"98C) the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 0 (zero) % of customs value is applied from 01.07.2024 till 30.06.2026 inclusive.".

In the inventory to which the Republic of Kazakhstan according to obligations assumed as condition of accession to the World Trade Organization applies rates of import customs duties, lower in comparison with rates of duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union, and the sizes of such rates of duties, No. approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of October 14, 2015 59, in footnote of the 19th word "since July 1, 2024." shall be replaced with words "since July 1, 2026".

4. This Decision becomes effective after 10 calendar days from the date of its official publication and extends to the legal relationship which arose since July 1, 2024.
