About additional measures for further increase in industrial potential in regions

For the purpose of the accelerated development of the industry in regions, the immediate solution of the available problems of the companies, further increase in overall performance of executive bodies on places with industrial industries, and also ensuring execution of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of October 12, 2023 No. UP-169 "About Additional Measures for the Accelerated Development of the Industry and Its Key Branches":

1. Approve the offer of the Ministry of Economics and finance, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and the city of Tashkent on effective adjustment of vertical system on the basis of the principle "the republic - the area - the area" on work with industrial enterprises in areas and the cities.

2. Establish procedure according to which:

a) in regions for the purpose of address to work with industrial enterprises are created:

b) The Department of Energy, the Central bank, Tax and Customs with committees, National committee according to the statistics and other republican executive bodies provide provision to territorial headquarters of data on industrial enterprises at the request of the Republican headquarters;

c) territorial headquarters weekly to the Republican headquarters enter information on the course of the carried-out works on the problem resolution of industrial enterprises, and the Republican headquarters monthly - in Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Cabinet of Ministers information by regions and the offer on the solution of system problems.

3. Determine that since September 1, 2024:

in structure of the Ministry of Economics and finance of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, head departments of economy and finance of areas and the city of Tashkent the Summary departments of industry development consisting of 5 established posts are created;

in district (city) departments of economy and finance the position of the chief specialist on industry development is entered.

At the same time again entered established posts are allocated due to reducing established posts of the ministries and public authorities on places according to appendices No. No. 1 and 2.

4. Determine the First Deputy Chairman of the board of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, first deputies of hokim of areas, the city of Tashkent, areas and the cities by financial and economic questions and reducing poverty at the same time:

Minister of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, chiefs of head departments of economy and finance of areas and city of Tashkent;

chiefs of district (city) departments of economy and finance.

5. To the Ministry of Economics and finance:

in a month to take measures for completion of the new created departments and positions of the chief specialist by highly qualified personnel;

in three-months time together with the Ministry of Justice, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and the city of Tashkent to make in the Cabinet of Ministers offers on review and enhancement of organizational structure of executive bodies on places.

6. To the Ministry of Justice together with the interested ministries and departments in two-month time to make in the Cabinet of Ministers offers on the changes and amendments in acts of the legislation following from this resolution.

7. Assign to the deputy prime minister D. A. Kuchkarov and the Chairman of the board of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, hokim of areas and the city of Tashkent the personal responsibility for the effective organization of execution of this resolution.
