Determine that production and acquisition of excise stamps for marking of tobacco products (further - excise stamps), marking of tobacco products by them, accounting and destruction of the damaged excise stamps, the excise stamps which are not conforming to requirements to samples of excise stamps are performed according to the procedure, No. 76 provided by orders of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 20, 2010 "About excise stamps for marking of the tobacco products imported into the Russian Federation" and of June 15, 2024 No. 804 "About features of marking of the tobacco products imported into the Russian Federation and control of turnover of tobacco products".

2. To the Federal Customs Service:

since September 1, 2024 to stop acceptance and consideration of the applications about issue of the excise stamps issued according to the procedure, stipulated in Item 2 orders of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 15, 2024 to No. 804 "About features of marking of the tobacco products imported into the Russian Federation and control of turnover of tobacco products", given after August 31, 2024;

till December 26, 2025 to carry out inventory count of remaining balance of the excise stamps ordered by importers of tobacco products according to the procedure and on conditions which are stipulated in Item 2 orders of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 15, 2024 No. 804 "About features of marking of the tobacco products imported into the Russian Federation and control of turnover of tobacco products", but not issued by customs authorities;

perform destruction of excise stamps following the results of the carried-out inventory count.

3. In paragraph four of Item 6 of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 15, 2024 No. 804 "About features of marking of the tobacco products imported into the Russian Federation and control of turnover of tobacco products" (The Russian Federation Code, 2024, No. 25, the Art. 3516) the words "till May 31, 2025." shall be replaced with words "till December 26, 2025".
