About declaration of public usefulness of works of national value on construction, rehabilitation, upgrade and development of certain national highways public

Art. 1. – Proclaim public usefulness of works of national value on construction, rehabilitation, upgrade and development of national highways: M3 Chisinau – Comrat – Dzhyurdzhyulesht – border with Romania (sites of detour of Vulkenesht and Mr. Chimishliya), R14 R6 – Kodrul Nou – Forty – Ungur – border with Ukraine (the site of Forty – Arionesht), R33 of Hynchesht – Lepushna – M 1, R34 of Hynchesht – Leova – Kakhul – Dzhyurdzhyulesht (the site Kantemir – Kakhul), border with Ukraine – Is curve M5 – Belts – Chisinau – Tiraspol – border with Ukraine (the site It is curve – Belts), R7 R14 – Drokiya – Kostesht – border with Romania, R14.3 entrance to Koseuts Bridge – Yampol, including the border crossing point and the accompanying infrastructure.

Art. 2. – The objects of expropriation necessary for performance of works on construction, rehabilitation, upgrade and development of the highways shown in article 1, including safety areas of these roads, are real estate units (the parcels of land and/or structures) which are in private property and also the real estate units which are in property of administrative and territorial units which are located in borders of the following settlements:

M3 – Mr. Chimishliya (Chimishliya's region) and Vulkenesht (ATO Gagauzia);

Art. 3. – To the government on behalf of the state to take necessary measures for expropriation of the real estate units located in the venue of socially useful works of national value.

Art. 4. – To perform payment of compensation for expropriation of the objects specified in Article 2, and covering of expenses for accomplishment of complex of cadastral works and assessment of real estate units at the expense of means of road fund.

Art. 5. – This law becomes effective from the date of its publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
