About approval of Rules of the conclusion of agreements of services of the state educational order by means of the web portal of public procurements

According to the subitem 96) of Item 15 of the Regulations on the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 19, 2022 No. 580 "About some questions of the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan" I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of the conclusion of agreements of services of the state educational order by means of the web portal of public procurements.

2. To provide to committee of the higher and postgraduate education of the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan state registration of this joint order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its placement on Internet resource of the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of science and the higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
