1. Enter wheat import ban till December 31, 2024 (code of the commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union: 1001) on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan from the third countries and from the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union all modes of transport, except for transit of wheat through the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also their movement from the territory of one state member of the Eurasian Economic Union of the territory of other state member of the Eurasian Economic Union through the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. To committee of the state inspection in agro-industrial complex of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in case of interaction with Committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan within the competence to take necessary measures for ensuring execution of Item 1 of this order in the procedure established by the legislation.

3. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 11, 2024 No. 125 "About introduction of import ban of wheat on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan automobile, water and by rail" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 34251).

4. And conversions of agricultural products of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to provide to department of the agrofood markets:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Agriculture.

6. This order becomes effective after day of its first official publication and is effective till December 31, 2024.
