1. Approve Rules of inclusion of owners or owners of product of data in the register of product providers of data according to appendix to this order.

2. To provide to inspection department of quality of data and development of communications together with Legal department of Bureau of national statistics of the Agency on strategic planning and reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of Bureau of national statistics of the Agency on strategic planning and reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To inspection department of quality of data and development of communication of Bureau of national statistics of the Agency on strategic planning and reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan to bring this order to structural and territorial subdivisions of Bureau of national statistics of the Agency on strategic planning and reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan for management and use in work.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising deputy manager of Bureau of national statistics of the Agency on strategic planning and reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Rules of inclusion of owners or owners of product of the product providers of data this in the register

1. These rules of inclusion of owners or owners of product of the product providers of data this in the register (further – Rules) are developed according to Item 4-1 of article 26 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state statistics" and determine procedure for maintaining the register of product providers of data.

2. The register of product providers of data joins owners or owners of product of data.

3. The register of product providers of data is created in electronic form by department of authorized body in the field of the state statistics in the state and Russian languages in form according to appendix to these rules.

4. The basis for inclusion in the register of product providers of data is the signed agreement of the parties on submission of alternative data by their owners or owners who are not belonging to administrative sources in authorized body in the field of the state statistics on a grant basis.

5. Maintaining the register of product providers of data includes:

1) inclusion of information about owners or owners of product of data;

2) updating (updating) of information about product providers of data;

3) data on product characteristics of data.

6. Updating (updating) of data in the register of product providers of data, happens in case of one of the below-stated cases:

1) the conclusion of the supplementary agreement to the agreement on submission of alternative data by their owners or owners who are not belonging to administrative sources which is earlier signed by the parties in authorized body in the field of the state statistics on a grant basis (further – the agreement);

2) cancellation of the agreement signed earlier;

3) change of attributes of the register of product providers of data (names of the owner or the owner of product of data, numbers and date of the signed agreement, names of products of data, the term and frequency of product output of data, form of use of products of data).

7. Updating (updating) of information about product providers of data, is made within two working days from the date of the conclusion (change) of the agreement of the parties about submission of alternative data by their owners or owners who are not belonging to administrative sources in authorized body in the field of the state statistics on a grant basis.

8. The register of product providers of data is placed on Internet resource of department of authorized body in the field of the state statistics.
