In compliance Items 2 and 3 of article 333 of the Ecological code of the Republic of Kazakhstan I ORDER:

1. Approve:

1) the list of separate types of waste which lose the status of waste and are turned into category of finished goods or secondary resource (material or energy), according to appendix 1 to this order;

2. 4. Waste management of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to provide to department:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

5. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
