1. Determine that fee on burial, provided by the subitem 1 of item 4 of article 11 of the Federal law "About Burial and Funeral Case" (further - services in burial), the died (died) persons from among persons specified in Item 1 of article 11 of the Federal law "About Burial and Funeral Case" (further - the died (dead), it is made on actual expenses, but in the amount of no more than 51552 rubles, and in case of burial of the died (dead) in the cities of Moscow, St. Petersburg and Sevastopol - no more than 70884 rubles.

2. Fee on burial is not made if such services are rendered by specialized service concerning funeral case, or in case of payment of social benefit for burial, the stipulated in Clause 10 Federal Laws "About Burial and Funeral Case", or benefits for burial, the stipulated in Item 21 resolution of Council of Ministers - the Governments of the Russian Federation of September 22, 1993 No. 941 "About procedure for calculation of length of service, appointment and pension payment, compensations and benefits to persons passing military service as officers, ensigns, warrant officers and the military personnel of extra urgent service or under the contract as soldiers, sailors, sergeants and foremen or service in law-enforcement bodies, Federal fire service of the Public fire service, organizations and bodies of criminal executive system, bodies of forced execution of the Russian Federation, troops of national guard of the Russian Federation and to their families in the Russian Federation".

3. Determine that fee on production and installation by the died (dead) of monuments (namogilny constructions, gravestones) is made on actual expenses, but in the amount of no more than 49511 rubles.

4. Determine that expense rates of money on fee on burial of the died (dead), and also services in production and installation of monuments by it (namogilny constructions, gravestones) are subject to indexation since February 1 of the current year proceeding from index of growth of consumer prices for previous year once a year. The coefficient of indexation is determined by the Government of the Russian Federation. The amount of payments is subject to rounding to the whole ruble towards increase.

5. Financial provision of the expenses connected with implementation of this resolution is performed within the budgetary appropriations provided on these purposes to federal executive bodies or federal state bodies in which the died (dead) passed military service (military charges, service), fulfilled duties under the contract on stay in voluntary forming (service duties), in the federal budget the current financial year.

6. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

7. Recognize invalid acts and separate provisions of acts of the Government of the Russian Federation according to the list according to appendix.

8. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
