About refining of separate provisions of the State investing program for 2024
Based on subitems 16.1 and 16.2 of Item 16 of the Regulations on procedure for the forming, approval of the State investing program, regional investing programs and the reporting on their accomplishment approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 5, 2006 No. 299, of the paragraph of twenty third of part one of subitem 2.10 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 14, 2022 No. 93 "About additional measures for ensuring stable functioning of economy" Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Specify the amounts of financing of construction of facilities of the State investing program for 2024 approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 29, 2024 No. 119, within the means provided by the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 27, 2023 No. 328-Z "About the republican budget for 2024" and also based on the approved project documentation (including taking into account changes) names of these objects and the estimated cost of their construction according to appendices 1-7.
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication and extends the action to the relations which arose since January 1, 2024.
