About approval of the Technical regulation concerning requirements to ecodesign for electronic displays

According to article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About technical regulations and assessment of conformity" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Technical regulation concerning requirements to ecodesign for electronic displays attached to the original.
2. Determine that provision in the market and/or commissioning of the electronic displays conforming to requirements of the Technical regulation concerning requirements to ecodesign for TVs approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 14, 2019 No. 735 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 66, the Art. 2295), and introduced into circulation before entry into force of this resolution, cannot be forbidden or limited because of discrepancy to requirements of the Technical regulation approved by this resolution.
3. Bring in the list of types of products concerning which bodies of the state market supervision exercise the state market supervision approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 2016 No. 1069 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 50, of Art. 1550; 2019, No. 21, Art. 730; 2019, No. 66, the Art. 2295), the enclosed change.
4. Bring in appendix 1 to the Technical regulation concerning requirements to ecodesign for the electric power consumption by electric and electronic household and office equipment in the mode "expectation", "is switched off" and the network expectation mode approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 14, 2019 No. 733 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 66, the Art. 2293), the changes attached to the original.
5. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 14, 2019 No. 735 "About approval of the Technical regulation concerning requirements to ecodesign for TVs" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 66, the Art. 2295).
6. This resolution becomes effective at the same time with entry into force of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on recognition No. 359 which voided resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 24, 2017 "About approval of the Technical regulation of energy marking of TVs".
