1. Repeal the following orders:

2) the Order of the Chairman of Committee of water economy of the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 18, 2024 No. 68-HK "About modification and amendments in the order of the Acting Chairman of Committee of water economy of the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 26, 2023 No. 1-HK "About approval of provisions of basin inspectorates for regulation of use and protection of water resources of Committee of water economy of the Ministry water resources and irrigation of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
2. To provide to committee of water economy of the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) the direction of the copy of this order in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan";
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
