1. Approve Regulations on the Technological park of software products and information technologies (appendix 1).

2. Approve the List of innovative and technological activities (appendix 2).

Regulations on the Technological park of software products and information technologies

1. Basic provisions

1. The regulations on the Technological park of software products and information technologies (further – the Provision) are developed on the basis of provisions of the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan, including the Civil code of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the Technological park" and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan.

2. This Provision establishes the following characteristics of activities of subjects of the Technological park of software products and information technologies (further – the Park):

- legal status of the Park;

- Park types of activity;

- procedure for cooperation of the Park with subjects of the Park;

- procedure for receipt of the status of the subject Park;

- the relations of subjects of the Park among themselves and to other members of the sphere of science and innovative technologies, including with individual entrepreneurs, legal entities and state bodies;

- implementation of activities by subjects of the Park;

- list of the guarantees and exceptions applicable to subjects of the Park;

- procedure for application of the guarantees provided to subjects of the Park;

- other questions necessary for goal achievement of creation of the Park and involvement of subjects.

3. This Provision is obligatory for the Park and all subjects performing activities in the territory of the Park.

4. In the Provision the following concepts are used:

- the Park territory – the certain parcel of land allocated or provided for use to the Park according to provisions of the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan and (or) real estate (the building, construction) used by the Park on the bases, stipulated by the legislation;

- the subject Parka – the legal entity and the individual entrepreneur included in accordance with the established procedure in the register of subjects Parka and performed in the territory of Parka innovative and technological activities in the field of technology of software products and information technologies;

- the register of blocks of transactions (blokcheyn) – the sequence of blocks with information on the transactions built with use of cryptographic methods of information security on the basis of the set algorithms in the distributed decentralized information system;

- digital sign (token) – the entry in the register of blocks of transactions (blokcheena) or other distributed information system used for confirmation of the right of the owner of digital sign (token) to objects of the civil laws and (or) as digital asset;
