About modification and amendments in the Order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of November 2, 2007 No. 544

1. No. 544 "About approval of Rules of movement of goods by physical persons through customs border of the Republic of Tajikistan in the preferential and simplified procedure" after words of "The customs code of the Republic of Tajikistan" to add preamble of the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of November 2, 2007 with words and figure "and article 253 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Tajikistan".
2. In line 3 appendices to Rules of movement of goods by physical persons through customs border of the Republic of Tajikistan in the preferential and simplified procedure, the approved order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of November 2, 2007 No. 544, words of "fuel tank on the motor vehicle moved under the own steam" shall be replaced with words "automobile fuel on the standard capacity of fuel tank of the vehicle".
