1. The unpaid tax shortages on taxes, penalties and percent formed till January 1, 2024 Tochiktelekom Open joint stock company in the amount of 97 457 812 (ninety seven million four hundred fifty seven thousand eight hundred twelve) somoni including taxes of 56 780 367 somoni, percent and penalties of 40 677 445 somoni and the State unitary enterprise "Center of Electromagnetic Compatibility and Radio Monitoring" of the Communication service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan in the amount of 37 469 305 (thirty seven million four hundred sixty nine thousand three hundred five) somoni, including taxes of 22 384 054 somoni, percent and penalties of 15 085 251 somoni to recognize hopeless and to write off according to appendix.

2. To tax authority in place of registration of taxpayers whose tax shortages are written off according to Item 1 of this resolution to make corresponding changes on write-off of bad debts in personal account of the taxpayer.
