About temporary release from the phytosanitary control exercised by the National agency on safety of foodstuff, some goods conveyed as transit goods through the territory of the Republic of Moldova
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. 1. - In departure from provisions of Article 19 of the Marine life protection act of plants and phytosanitary quarantine No. 228/2010 shown in customs post of import of Dzhyurdzhyulesht-Reni and in customs post of export Dzhyurdzhyulesht-Galatz and transported automobile and by rail the goods coming from Ukraine included in tariff line items 1001-1008, 1205 and 1206 00 in appendix to the Law on approval of the Combined commodity nomenclature No. 172/2014, for which the room under the transit mode is requested, till September 14, 2024 are not subject to the phytosanitary control exercised by the National agency on safety of foodstuff.
Art. 2. - In case of accidents or incidents in transit of 1 goods specified in Article placed under the transit mode in the territory of the Republic of Moldova with risk of emission in the environment of harmful organisms, as well as the action plan in emergency situation the carrier shall notify the National agency on safety of foodstuff not later than within two hours from the moment of accident or incident or from the moment of identification of risk.
Art. 3. - To the government in three-months time from the date of publication of this law to bring the regulations into accord with it and to provide review and depending on circumstances change or recognition of the voided regulations contradicting this law, the ministries and other central administrative authorities.
Art. 4. - This law is temporary, becomes effective from the date of its publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova and is applied till September 14, 2024.
