About approval of the Regulations on identity certificates of the military personnel of the Republic of Tajikistan and their samples

1. Approve the enclosed Provision "0b identity certificates of the military personnel of the Republic of Tajikistan" and their samples.

2. To the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Tajikistan:

a) in accordance with the established procedure to place the order for production of forms of identity certificates of the military personnel taking into account requirements of the ministries and departments in which the law of the Republic of Tajikistan provides military service:

b) approve accounting treatment, storages, issues, fillings of identity documents of the military personnel.

Regulations on identity certificates of the military personnel of the Republic of Tajikistan and their samples

1. The identity certificate is the single identity document, office provision and stay on military service of the military personnel, replaces with it the passport and is valid in the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan, and according to the procedure, determined by international agreements (contracts) with countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States, also in the territory of these states.
